Lior is Hebrew for "light." Therefore, the Lior Effect is about bringing stories to light. We are a hospitality social media house that partners with hotels, restaurants, spas, venues, and event professionals to bring their brands to life online. Whether they need content strategy, social media management, or on site photo and video production, we create intentional content that builds trust, and inspires people to book, visit, and experience what they offer.

Meet the Founder

I’m a content producer and strategist specializing in visual storytelling that builds brand trust and drives visibility on social media. As the founder of The Lior Effect, a hospitality social media house, I work with brands and businesses to craft strategies and produce content that positions them with intention and impact.

With a background rooted in neuroscience and years of hands-on production and strategy work, I bring both analytical precision and creative instinct to everything I produce. I’ve spoken at industry events including GMID 2026 on best social media practices across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and I’m on the communication committee at MPI.
